Nordic Walking is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness - "If you can walk, you can Nordic Walk".

Nordic Walking is a whole body exercise and its benefits include improved posture, gait and coordination. It is particularly good for those with joint or balance problems as the poles offer support and with a low rate of perceived effort, you can actually burn up to 40% more calories when Nordic Walking compared with walking without poles.

What’s included

A one-hour personalised session tailored to individual needs - whether a complete beginner or more experienced Nordic Walker
Nordic Walking poles supplied
The session can take place either in private woodland in the village of Wilby, Southwold or Aldeburgh.

Cost

One person £40, two people £75 for Wilby experience. Southwold and Aldeburgh walks incur an additional £10 fee to cover travel. Further discount applies for larger groups. Enquire for details.
