Relax into your Suffolk holiday with a personal yoga session for 2-12 guests.  Angie uses somatic based movement, yoga postures, mindfulness and breath work in her sessions encouraging a sense of wholeness where you can feel balanced and in harmony with yourself. Her approach to yoga is slow and peaceful and she guides you to adapt the practice to suit your body.

• 5 - 10 miles from Hacheston £5

Cancellation policy:

​24 hours notice please or the full cost of the session will be charged. In the event of cancellation by myself, I will reschedule the session at your convenience.
