Changeover Day: Arrival 4pm Departure 9am. 
Hot Tub: Wood-fired Hot Tub included in rent.
Power and Heat: Gas & electricity included in rent; heated towel rails, gas fired c.h., a good supply of logs included. 
Pets: Two pets welcome; £25 per week per pet.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
