Description

Step back and give yourself a minute to take in all the details, from the visionary exterior to the sumptuous interiors. And then get ready to enjoy them all on your holiday of a lifetime.

Welsh wonder

As you draw up outside you’ll find yourself truly breath taken. Ty Dolffin stands tall, an architectural vision across its towering three storeys, studded with picture windows, all looking out to the ocean beyond. With an elevated position to ensure the best of the sea views, this holiday home will give all 12 of you plus two furry friends a luxurious getaway to remember.

Step inside and into all the natural light flooding in from all corners. The simply stunning central staircase flanked by exquisite wrought iron detail rises magnificently before you. Go up to your main living area, huge and welcoming all of you. Step over to the kitchen area, supremely elegant in grey with a giant granite island complete with breakfast bar awaiting the chefs in your party.

Flow across to the dining space looking straight out to the twinkling ocean. Relax in the living area where big sofas and armchairs invite you to take in yet more sea views. Yes, those are dolphins leaping on the horizon. And then to some more of that wow factor in the Orangery whose cathedral skylight adds yet more sunshine to your stay. Then the cinema room with 75” TV and the games room with pool table, table tennis, bar skittles and electric piano.

Next this marvel’s five bedrooms await you. You might want to be quick off the mark to grab the master, reigning high on the second floor with floor to ceiling windows and private terrace for those views, jacuzzi, plush sofa and super king bed. The upper mezzanine bedroom sleeps two making this the perfect family suite.

Outside are two terraces and a patio for al fresco enjoyment. Your chefs can create on the BBQ or the pizza oven while the rest of you relax on the loungers or challenge each other at outdoor chess. And by the way, that sandy beach you can see from all the windows is literally on your doorstep.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ty Dolffin sleeps 12 in five bedrooms: four on the ground floor (two with en suites) and the master with en suite on the second. A family wet room and cloakroom complete the accommodation.

Reviews

Exceptional holiday home for our party of 10.Ages ranging from 5 to 77.

Mrs C,

The house was packed with every utensil you could think of, the games room and cinema room were big favourites within the group.

Mr D,

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week in this amazing house. There was plenty of room for the twelve of us, with different spaces to spend time in - the games room, cinema room, sun room, balcony, kitchen space (with awesome coffee machine!) and lounge were all well used. We especially loved the huge round dining table with lazy Susan for sharing meals and playing family games. We enjoyed living in such a beautiful home for the week, but also enjoyed exploring the local area - the local pub is top notch, and the coastal paths and the beach (complete with waterfall) are beautiful - we even spotted dolphins! Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Mr J,

The house and location are excellent and the facilities first class.

Mr B,

The facilities and fittings are superb. We had 3 teenagers who found the cinema and games room exceptional and coffee in the garden room was looked forward to. The seating and space is outstanding, so poor weather can easily be coped with if you want to stay in. To get to the beach you need to be quite active. Although not very far, the first part is on quite a steep road and the second part is a large number of steps down to beach/pub level - a bit of a challenge for a return and in the dark!

Mr H,
