The spacious interior provides the perfect place to get together with your friends and family in the tranquil Cornish countryside.  There's something for everyone at Sundance, from working out in the private gym to playing together in the games room for the children.  Why not make a splash in the heated outdoor pool, unwind in the 6 seater hot tub which are surrounded by an extensive patio area and gardens before relaxing in the sauna or enjoy a movie night in the cinema room.

The fantastically equipped modern kitchen and dining area is perfect for preparing evening feasts, and the electric range cooker has plenty of space to cook up a storm for a hungry party. 

After a long day exploring the coast, nestle into one of the comfortable seats in the elegant living space, fully fitted with 50” TV with Sonos sound system.  The property also boasts a cinema room for enjoying your favourite movies with your loved ones.  

Amble through the garden on a summer's evening along pathways and past beautifully planted borders of flowers, palms and mature trees.  There are various seating areas together with a paved terrace, outdoor tables and chairs, Weber charcoal barbecue and sun loungers.

Explore the Cornish coast
Close by, you’ll find cosy Cornish pubs stocked with local ales, and mouth-watering restaurant menus, including regional specialities and freshly caught seafood. A short drive through scenic, countryside lanes brings you to the picturesque harbour town of Porthleven. Then why not take the family to Flambards Theme Park or head along the coast towards Penzance and Newlyn.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Accommodating 14 guests across seven welcoming bedrooms, upstairs you’ll find four super- king zip & link beds and three standard king sized beds all with rolling views of the Cornish countryside and some offer distant sea views. The three king sized bedrooms also have access to their own ensuite bathrooms, with the remaining bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. The master bedroom has access to its own terrace with two sun loungers, dressing room as well as enjoying a large en-suite with bath and separate shower.

Practicalities

We welcome up to two dogs. 

There is ample parking for up to five vehicles.  

Please note that the swimming pool will be available from May to September .

Location

Praa Sands (pronounced Pray or Prah) is a village and beach located a few miles north of Porthleven and a few miles south of Marazion (home of St Michaels Mount). Famed for its fantastic waves and glorious mile-long sandy beach, it is a popular destination for visitors. With a beach café, golf club, village shop and pub, Praa Sands is the perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday. As well as its own brilliant white sands, there are also two neighbouring beaches; Rinsey Cove and Kenneggy Cove.

Praa Sands is situated between the Lizard Peninsula (the most southerly point in the UK) and the far west of Cornwall, making it easy to explore both of these stunning areas. Head west and explore St Michael’s Mount and Land’s End and experience the amazing art scene and fabulous food of St Ives. Or head south to the rugged Lizard Peninsula and walk the spectacular South West Coast Path. There are many idyllic little villages to explore in this beautiful part of Cornwall.
