For holidays starting from 4 July 2020 onwards, the below email shall be sent to all guests (excluding those who booked through Belvilla and Interhome) 7 days prior to their holiday start date. Attached to the email will be a copy of their travel directions. All data displayed in square brackets will automatically be populated accordingly for each guest booking.   Dear [CUSTOMER NAME] We hope you’re looking forward to your holiday at [PROPERTY NAME] from [DATE] to [DATE]. 

Our aim is to support you with the tools to make assessing and managing the risk of a holidaymaker contracting Covid-19 at your property as straightforward as possible. 

As we prepare to reopen our doors following the easing of lockdown restrictions, in order to best protect everyone from the risk of exposure to Covid-19, changes are necessary to the way we all work.
